Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 16, 2025

1. Please read this section carefully as the refunds are issued under this Policy. Neglecting the rules of this Policy may result in losing your right to a refund.

2. In most cases, the purchases on ZeroInAI (i.e., Credits spent and Credits on your account balance) are nonrefundable. All exceptions to this rule are set out in this Policy.

3. ZeroInAI allows refunds:

For users residing in certain US states: depending on your state of residency, applicable law may allow you to cancel your transaction on ZeroInAI before midnight of the third business day after the date of the transaction. If your transaction qualifies for a Legal Refund under the applicable law, we will process such refunds upon your request.

Credits on your balance

5. We may refund you the monetary equivalent of the Credits on your balance if:

  • you purchased these Credits by mistake, with no intention to use them, and you have contacted us with a refund request within 3 calendar days upon such mistaken purchase; or
  • your account has been blocked/terminated (upon your request), and the monetary equivalent of such Credits exceeds USD $20.00.

6. We will not refund Credits on your balance if it is your fifth or further request for such refund. We will not also refund you the Credits in case we will find out that your refund is based on your breach of the Terms of Service.

7. Upon our discretion, we may refund you the monetary equivalent of the Credits on your balance in other cases.

Spent Credits

8. We will not consider your refund request related to the spent Credits unless it falls under one of the following reasons:

  • ZeroInAI Services: If ZeroInAI failed to ensure the Services as provided in the Terms of Service, then you may be eligible for requesting the refund;
  • Scam or fraud suspicions: We have zero tolerance for fraudulent activities on ZeroInAI. If you believe that some other user on ZeroInAI has scammed you or is otherwise involved in fraudulent activities that harm you, we may conduct an investigation and decide to issue a refund;
  • Unauthorized transactions: It is presumed that you approved and controlled all transactions made on ZeroInAI with your payment method. However, you may submit a refund request if you lost control over your payment method and a third party made a transaction instead.

9. You shall submit your refund request within 30 calendar days after becoming aware of the relevant facts.

Before Submitting a Refund Request

10. Please consider the following:

  • Time limitations: Refund requests must be submitted within 120 days of credit/debit card payment or 180 days of PayPal payment.
  • Chargebacks: These are processed by your financial institution. We recommend submitting refund requests directly to us, as it allows for more detailed evidence review.

12. Our team will respond within 48 hours. We may require your approval to initiate a formal investigation.

13. We may request multiple rounds of evidence. Please cooperate fully to ensure timely resolution.

14. Submit all relevant information and act in good faith.

15. Forged or deceptive evidence will result in immediate rejection.

Refund Decisions

16. Valid refund claims may be honored partially or fully. This does not imply fault by either party.

17. Partial refunds may apply when:

  • The request is not fully substantiated,
  • Conflicting evidence exists,
  • Facts cannot be confirmed, or
  • Your own actions contributed to the issue.

18. Refunds will not exceed the amount paid for the specific purchase.

19. We may deny requests for reasons including late submission, lack of cooperation, or suspected abuse.

20. All refund decisions are final and made at our sole discretion.
